Our History

Grace Encounter Ministries International began as a God-given vision planted in the heart of our founder in the year 2022. The birth of the ministry followed a youth revival meeting themed *“Jesus Saves with Amazing Grace.”*

This divine mandate came with a commission to feed God’s flock and to boldly proclaim the Gospel accompanied by the demonstration of the resurrection power of Jesus Christ.

A powerful two-week outreach was conducted in the region of Salt Lake City Utah, which marked the birth of the first congregation. From these humble beginnings, the ministry began to grow and expand.

The early years were marked by tremendous challenges, including being evicted from multiple worship venues — over six times. Each eviction was harsh, unfriendly, and spiritually targeted, yet the ministry never gave up.

Even through the constant relocations, God continued adding new members and strengthening the work. The resilience of the ministry became a testimony of God’s faithfulness and the unshakable grace upon the vision.

Today, GEMI stands strong, established in its current location and continuing to expand its mission. With a renewed mandate, the ministry now focuses on establishing mission bases in every town, raising leaders, discipling communities, and taking the Gospel to the ends of the world.
