The Grace Mentorship & Leadership Academy (GMLA) is the leadership engine of Grace Encounter Ministries International. Established to raise leaders of influence, excellence, and spiritual authority, the academy equips believers to discover their God-given purpose and impact their generation.
The Academy provides a deep integration of spiritual growth, character development, practical leadership, and professional excellence. We believe every believer carries a divine assignment, and unlocking that assignment requires mentorship, training, and spiritual empowerment.
With seasoned professionals, ministers, and instructors from different spheres of influence, the Academy offers a one-year transformational journey designed to shape leaders who will reign in life and expand God’s Kingdom in business, government, ministry, the arts, education, and every sector of society.
